At NebulaGlow, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your aurora projector, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition.

  • All original packaging is intact and undamaged.

  • The product is not listed as a final sale item.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using the provided instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit for the full purchase amount.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
